Tenants use the platform to discover properties. All transactions and agreements are between the tenant and the property owner. Gulbarga Homes is not a party to any rental agreement.
Owners may not list non-existent properties, use fake images, or provide false contact information.
Gulbarga Homes acts as a listing platform only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, rental agreements, or disputes between owners and tenants.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
